York Golf and Tennis Club Weddings

Shannon & Greg are two of the sweetest & kindest people we have had the great pleasure to photograph. I have been excited for their wedding day since I photographed their engagement session on the beach in Kennebunk last fall. They are so natural in front of the camera and their loves is so strong for one another. They met in Maine at St. Joe’s College where they both played soccer so it was important to capture their athletic ability while they played a little soccer. Their soccer teams joined them at their wedding and I have to say they were among the most fun people to hang with for the day.

Shannon did an amazing job incorporating nautical details throughout the day from buoy table numbers to sailing knots that adorned the floral centerpieces. I loved the navy blue bridesmaid dresses and the bright pink flowers in Shannon’s bouquet and the guys looked amazing in their nautical inspired suits. York Golf and Tennis Club weddings are among my favorite to photograph and was the perfect place to carry out the nautical theme. We just love the boat house covered with buoys across the street on the river. We brought Shannon & Greg out for sunset photos and the lighting was just spectacular! It is obvious these two are so loved by their family & friends who had an amazing time out on the dance floor.
