A Seaside Wedding in York Maine| Jennifer & Michaels’s Viewpoint Hotel Wedding
Jennifer & Michael’s seaside wedding at Viewpoint Hotel in York Maine was nothing short of spectacular. Jen & Mike were beyond amazing and I adored every minute we spent together. Nothing makes me happier than a couple who is beyond excited to celebrate their wedding day with loved ones despite a pretty dreary weather forecast. We may have had to take a few breaks during outdoor photos as storms rolled through, but it never spoiled the mood once. Jen & Mike planned a first look and private vows before their ceremony. I always love when couples take time for this very special moment. It is always a time when some of my most favorite photos are taken during a wedding day.
Viewpoint Hotel just underwent some major renovations and their new ceremony site overlooking Nubble Light wowed guests as they arrived under umbrellas. Fortunately the rain passed just in time for Jen & Mike’s ceremony and the sun came out in full force. Jennifer was absolutely stunning in her Hector Rodriguez dress covered in intricate floral appliqués, boasting a gorgeous low back, and beautiful sleeves with floral details. It was custom made just for her.
There were so many beautiful moments during Jen & Mike’s wedding day. My favorite was when they spotted the most gorgeous rainbow that arched across the entire sky directly above Nubble Light. The rain was so worth it! I loved the coastal inspired wedding decor including blue & white hydrangeas, Floral blue & white linens, and hand pained oyster shells edged in gold made by Jennifer’s sister and maid of honor. This day was perfect from start to finish and filled with so much love. What and honor to be a part of it all.
