Evelyn & Jason’s Barn at Flanagan Farm Wedding Photography
Evelyn & Jason’s gorgeous Maine destination wedding took place at The Barn at Flanagan Farm in Buxton, Maine. Evelyn & Jason are beyond adorable and I loved hearing the story of how they met as roommates in New York City and their friendship eventually grew into love. Their heartfelt ceremony took place in a grove at the farm and after small group were invited to a Tea Ceremony. This time-honored exchange was created to show respect for the family during which Evelyn & Jason served tea to parents and elders in order of seniority. After each elder takes a sip, they hand the couple a lai see (a lucky red envelope).
All guests were invited back to the barn for dinner & dancing. Evelyn & Lani (Lani Toscano Designs) did an amazing job with all the gorgeous vintage inspired details. The elaborate tables were decorated with lace, teal glasses, fine china, votives and a beautiful array of flowers. Simply stunning! Congratulations Evelyn & Jason, we loved every minute! XO
