Josias River Farm Wedding photographer
Emily & Joe could not have asked for a more perfect wedding day! Their Barn Wedding at Josias River Farm was perfectly executed and not a detail spared (thank you Melanie Voros of Blissful Beginnings!). Emily spent most childhood summers vacationing along the Maine coast and both she and Joe love the feel of the area. When they looked at possible reception venues, they found themselves being drawn to more rustic settings rather than true coastal venues. Fortunately Melanie directed them to Josias River Farm and they fell in love with the non-traditional Maine Venue. I loved everything about Emily & Joe’s wedding!!!!! I was immediately in love with the sage and lavender color pallet and the intricate table centerpieces. The green hydrangeas were exquisite! Instead of having guest sign a book, Emily created a quilt signing table for guests to write a special note on cloth squares to have made into a quilt. I also loved the heart rock garden Melanie found next to the barn:) Joe & Emily could not have been more sweet and completely in love. They were also naturals in front of the camera.

Emily’s bouquet was adorned with her Great Grandmother’s antique locket with photos of her late grandfathers. It was such a special moment when Emily showed the locket to her grandmother. There was not a dry eye in the room.
I love this photos of Emily’s father practicing lifting her veil for the ceremony.
