Emmons Preserve Wedding in Kennebunkport Maine
I LOVE photographing weddings in the Kennebunkport Maine area and was so excited to be working with Leigh & Roland. Their wedding ceremony took place at Saint Brendan’s Chapel in Kennebunkport, ME and reception followed at Emmons Preserve at the Kennebunkport Conservation Trust. All the ladies arrived by trolley and Leigh looked absolutely stunning in her gown and long veil. Leigh was so happy on how wonderfully the the wedding colors came together. The bridesmaids wore sage green dresses complimented by pale lavender and sage florals. So pretty and classic!
After Leigh & Roland said their I do’s, we headed to Walker’s Point for wedding photos. What a perfect location with a rocky coastline and beautiful views of the Atlantic. It was a bit windy which worked extremely well with Leigh’s beautiful veil as it was swept up into the wind to create some beautiful & romantic wedding photography. I have to say weather wise it was the best day of the summer. No humidity and a nice cool breeze for most of the day.
After Leigh and Roland’s Kennebunkport Maine wedding photos we headed off to the reception under the tent at the Preserve where guests enjoyed an extended cocktail hour and time to mingle with the newly married couple. The night ended with dancing and cocktails under the stars.
