Weddings at York Golf and Tennis Club: How lucky are we this season to have another perfect wedding day. We could not have asked for bluer skies and the most comfortable September temperatures. Catherine & Peter’s wedding day was filled with so many beautiful details and so much love.
It was so wonderful to meet Daniel Faucher of Faucher Couture in Boston, who designed Catherine’s incredible gown. Daniel, a dear family friend, was at the club to help Catherine into this gorgeous 4 piece creation. Yes…4 pieces and it was so amazing made of silk, french tulle, and many layers of French Alencon lace.
Catherine & Peter’s wedding ceremony took place at York Golf & Tennis Club overlooking the York River. Maria of “A Sweet Start” officiated this heartfelt ceremony, and we all loved the vows Catherine and Peter wrote to each other. Always one of my favorite moments. After guests headed to Catherine’s parents’ spectacular property just down the street also on the York River. How wonderful celebrating with all your friends and family at such special place. I absolutely loved walking down to the private dock to capture photos of Catherine & Peter as the sun was setting. Simply stunning.
