York Harbor Reading Room Wedding of Shelby & Alex: It was an amazing honor to be a part of these two incredibly kind and beautiful souls wedding day. Shelby & Alex were married at Trinity Church in York Maine and wedding reception followed down the street at York Harbor Reading Room.
Shelby & Alex had decided not to do a first look but they really wanted a private moment before their vows to connect. It was important for Shelby as she new she would be nervous and Alex always has a way of calming her. We found beautiful spot at the corner of Trinity Church where these two could hold hands and say I love you before the wedding ceremony without actually seeing each other. I am so glad we were able to sneak this private moment in and the day was off to a beautiful start!
We had the most incredible night out on the beach for wedding photos of these two who are magic in front of the camera. So natural in each others arms and full of pure joy. One of my favorite moments of the evening was during the toasts from Shelby’s twin sister Haley and Alex’s best friend. They wrote a joint speech as it was the two of them who introduced Shelby & Alex. A speech that makes you both laugh and cry is just too good!! True love!! XO
