The Wedding of Jaime & Sean at the Cliff House in Cape Neddick Maine was without a doubt an unforgettable wedding! I received a few phone calls from Jaime leading up to the big day to discuss if we could actually get photos outside. There was a Nor’easter heading our way and it planned to hit hard the day of the wedding!
It was Jaime & Sean’s dream to have gorgeous wedding photography out on the cliffs overlooking the ocean and the #1 reason they chose to have a Cliff House Maine Wedding. We decided to have their first look the evening before their wedding day and fortunately I had the evening free so they could get their dream wedding pictures.
Jaime was stunning in her Reem Acra gown and Sean was totally wowed when he saw her. We had a great time out on the rocks and perhaps sang a few songs about “whiskey” which was keeping them warm during this cold but beautiful evening.
Now to the wedding day…..Jaime & Sean were so laid back I have seriously never seen anything like it. Torrential downpours and wind gust up to 60 miles/hour struck in the morning and there was no way we were getting outside today I thought. Despite the terrible weather their wedding day was lovely.
Intimate wedding vows were exchanged in a beautiful room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean where Jaime & Sean were surrounded by loved ones. After the ceremony Sean, Jaime and guests danced to the wonderful music of The Shine Band and everyone was having an amazing time. It wasn’t long before Jaime & Sean approached me to go outside for wedding pictures in the storm. I believe Jaime’s exact word were “Go big or go home”! Oh how I love these two!
