Nonantum Resort Riverfront Wedding in Kennebunkport, Maine

Coastal weddings carry their own kind of magic—the salty air, the sound of the water, the light that hits just right. Charlotte & Brian’s wedding at the Nonantum Resort had all of that, and then some.

The forecast? Not ideal. We were prepped for an indoor ceremony and had fully made peace with the rain. Wedding days have a funny way of working themselves out; the clouds parted and sun made a grand appearance just in time.

Charlotte and Brian met at Boston College, and their day felt like a reunion of everything they’ve built together, surrounded by their people, every last one of them ready to celebrate these two. But before all that, the first look on the docks. Big hugs, a few tears, full-body smiles. Charlotte’s face lit up when she saw Brian. One of those moments that makes time feel slower, sweeter.

Cocktail hour along the river… A vibe. Passed hors d’oeuvres were circulating, drinks were flowing, and the love was loud. There was an ease to the whole day. Unhurried, full of joy, and entirely unforgettable.

Florals matched the energy; bright, joyful, full of life. Paired with soft blue bridesmaid gowns and subtle touches of blue & cream throughout the design, everything felt cohesive without trying too hard. Just…effortless elegance.

Charlotte & Brian’s wedding wasn’t about the forecast or the logistics or the picture-perfect timeline. It was about joy. It was about connection. It was about soaking up every second of being right there, together.
